The two-year Leading MBA is delivered entirely online, bringing owners, directors and managers of growing firms personal access to some of the world’s foremost experts in leadership and business.
Each delegate becomes part of a small cohort of international peers, expertly facilitated by qualified coaches. Experience shows us that learning with other leaders, in a trusting environment and applied within your personal workplace, is powerful. It is transforming for you, your business and those around you.
Accredited by the United Kingdom’s University of Gloucestershire, Leading MBA is delivered by QuoLux, experienced leadership and strategy development specialists, combining the best of practical and academic learning in this unique programme.
We think there’s more to growing a business than you’ll find on the standard MBA syllabus. It’s leadership.
Register your interestThrough a series of inspirational video masterclasses, experts in the fields of business strategy, finance, operations, productivity, market segmentation, innovation, employee engagement, culture, change, systems thinking and complex problem solving, emotional intelligence and leadership styles will share their leadership journeys and business insights.
You will be introduced to a number of tools and models that can be applied within your own business straight away. There will be opportunities to pose questions and discuss topics with speakers and other delegates following each masterclass.
By practising techniques for reflection individually and as a cohort, delegates are encouraged to reflect on their own leadership to take lessons back into their own companies.
Each masterclass is available to stream or download as a series of segments, providing delegates with the flexibility to study the video presentations at their own pace and convenience.
After viewing the video masterclasses, each delegate can pose questions to the facilitators through a forum discussion group.
Reflection is a vital part of learning and acting upon new knowledge. That’s why we provide the structure for you to record key learning points following each masterclass, building your personal learning log.
You’ll have opportunities to come together online with your cohort for live discussion, sharing your learning points and personal perspectives on the masterclass topics, relating theory to your experience in the workplace.
A qualified and experienced coach will support you to take immediate, practical actions through one-to-one solutions-focused coaching. In addition, in facilitated peer-to-peer coaching, called Action Learning Sets, you will discuss real business issues, resolving them through active listening and open question techniques.
Live workshops with your cohort and university tutor provide opportunities to present your learning and reflections to each other. These sessions will help you to prepare for assessments at key stages of the programme, as you undertake projects in your business.
An MBA from a British university is the gold standard of business education, requiring commitment, an appetite for learning, reflection and thinking deeply.
There are no exams to sit and unlike other postgraduate business degrees, you don’t need any previous qualifications to join Leading MBA.
All the learning is practical, meaning it is based on you and your business, adding value to your world of work.
Everything about Leading MBA – from our bespoke online learning platform, to the format of assessments and the expertise of facilitators and masterclass experts – has been created to suit the requirements of learners who hold demanding leadership roles while studying.
We recommend delegates allow an average of 25 hours per month to view, reflect and discuss masterclass content; participate in coaching; research and undertake the business projects that form part of the assessments. Some of this time is guided independent study applying learning in practice.
It is common for leaders to question whether they can commit sufficient time to develop their learning alongside their business responsibilities. Consistently, delegates find that by taking time out to participate in the programme, they are better able to focus on important matters rather than being drawn into the daily minutiae.
By committing to Leading MBA, you are investing in your personal leadership development as a means to grow your business. We also ask that delegates commit to sharing their leadership experiences with others on their cohort. Peer group learning and being part of a network of high-performing business leaders are real benefits to be gained by participating in Leading MBA.
