Under the UK government’s Apprenticeship Levy scheme, you can now utilise your levy fund in the most effective way by investing in the development of your senior leaders.
The two-year Leading MBA (Apprenticeship) is delivered entirely online, bringing owners, directors and managers of growing firms personal access to some of the world’s foremost experts in leadership and business.
Each delegate becomes part of a small cohort of peers, expertly facilitated by qualified coaches. Experience shows us that learning with other leaders, in a trusting environment and applied within your personal workplace, is powerful. It is transforming for you, your business and those around you.
Accredited by the United Kingdom’s University of Gloucestershire, Leading MBA (Apprenticeship) is delivered by QuoLux, experienced leadership and strategy development specialists, combining the best of practical and academic learning in this unique programme.
All the learning is practical, meaning it is based on you and your business, adding value to your world of work.
No previous qualifications are necessary and there are no exams to sit.
Assessment is via a work-based learning mode of study - where you demonstrate both to your business and the University assessors how you have applied your learning from the programme and developed your business practice. The programme offers professional development for you and organisational development for your business.
Leading MBA (Apprenticeship) meets requirement of UK Level 7 Senior Leaders Master’s Degree Apprenticeship standard, awarding you with the highly respected MBA qualification.

Eligible organisations can use £18,000 of their Apprenticeship Levy towards the overall cost of the programme, with the balance payable by the company to QuoLux before the commencement of the programme.
Companies with a wage bill of less than £3 million are currently eligible to receive 95% of the available levy fund of £18,000.
Learning-to-learn becomes more critical than learning specific topics.
